I am attending a convention at this hotel and my first impression it was very favorable the staff was extremely helpful and the facility is very adequate. I tried to make a reservation for the hotel but they were absolutely booked up. Perhaps next time. I think this is a good option when staying in San Luis Potosi
Always come here but this time there was an event and the guests that were here made a mess (pool had water bottles in it, gardens were littered, etc.).. However staff was on it to clean everything and did a good job of it. It usually is not like that; I have been here 3x and they do not cease to amaze me at their friendliness, cleanliness, and efficiency! Breakfast buffet in the morning with a wide variety of foods, restaurant open until late, 2 pools (one is under construction but will soon be done), and rooms are always clean and ready! Always a pleasure to come back!
The jacuzzi spa tub in the Junior Suite was awesome. Lots of hot water. Coffee maker, frig and great great shower. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The room was spacious. Room service from the restaurant was great food at a reasonable price. Grounds were beautiful and pool areas were fantastic. Thanks for being pet friendly and accommodating to my medical alert service dog.
This is in a great hotel. The staff and reception are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are a little old but they meet the needs. I stayed in a double room, and everything was perfect. It contains a swimming pool, something that adds an extra point, great facilities. The buffet is very complete, excellent attention and everything is very rich and well maintained, with live music, which I thought was too cool. The room delivery time is very punctual and you can arrive after the agreed time and they are still attentive to you at all times. Great hotel!!

We stayed at this hotel twice already and would stay again. This is a very safe and family oriented hotel. Very good location to downtown SLP, walking distance from the bus terminal. Their food is really good and we always received great help from staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting SLP.
The rooms are quite simple but spacious. The people are quite nice and the food quite good. A very variable collection of colours and flavours. Only bad thing walls are quite thin and furniture could besos better.
